What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Once we have started a transfer, we are unable to do returns on suppressors or firearms. If you have warranty issues with the product itself, we will work with you and the manufacturer to get them resolved.
We will take returns of other items for 30 days, as long as they are in the original packaging and in new condition.

What is the warranty on my awesome new purchase?

Accepted Answer

All new products manufactured/assembled/labeled by JRB Arms are covered by a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty to the original customer.

All new products not manufactured/assembled/labeled by JRB Arms are covered under their respective manufacturer warranty.

Warranty returns will receive product replacement. No cash refunds.
